The Program assists with the administration of the plan. You, as a Plan Administrator, can contact the Program through the toll-free Plan Administrator Line. This line will give you direct access to Customer Service Associates (CSAs) who will answer your questions about the administration and management of the plan. For your convenience, so you don’t have to make more than one call, you can also access information about your personal account from this line. In general, if you are calling about your personal account you can transfer to the Customer Service Center by pressing 2 on your touch-tone phone.
