401(k) Plans: Return completed mid-year census and nondiscrimination testing information for 401(k) plans to the Program by September 30.

Note: If the Program does not receive the requested census data in Good Order within 30 calendar days prior to the subsequent year-end, the Program will not be responsible for completing the testing for that plan year.
