Plan Administrator Resources
As a Plan Administrator, you have access to several dedicated resources (in addition to this guide) to help you manage your firm’s retirement plan and respond to inquiries from plan participants.
Plan Administrator Line
You, as a Plan Administrator, can contact the ABA Retirement Funds Program (“Program”) through the dedicated Plan Administrator Line, 800.752.6313. This line will give you direct access to Customer Service Associates (CSAs) who will answer your questions about the administration and management of the plan. CSAs are available to assist you Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET.
For your convenience, you can also access information about your personal account from this line. In general, if you are calling about your personal account, you can transfer to the Customer Service Center by pressing 2 on your touch-tone phone.
Sponsor Web
Sponsor Web is a suite of Web-based applications for Plan Administrators to manage plan activity and share data with the Program. Visit the Sponsor Web page for more information.
Mail and email
Plan administrators can always contact the Program by mail or email. All correspondence is responded to or acknowledged within three business days. If additional research is necessary, the complete response is generally provided within 10 business days.
