Processing Standards

  • All completed transaction requests (via form, website or Customer Service Center) received by 4:00 p.m. ET on a business day are processed at the close of business on that day. Transaction requests received after that time are processed at the close of business on the next business day.
  • The Program must receive all completed forms with original signatures by mail. Faxed or emailed forms will not be processed.

All correspondence is generally responded to or acknowledged within three business days. If additional research is necessary, a complete response is generally provided within 10 business days.
