Contact Us

Your role as Plan Administrator includes providing the communication link between the participants at your firm and the ABA Retirement Funds Program (the Program). If you have any questions, please contact us.

Customer Service Center (800) 348-2272 – 24 hours a day, seven days a week (Customer Service Associates are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET)

Processing Standards
  • All completed transaction requests (via form, website or Customer Service Center) received by 4:00 p.m. ET on a business day are processed at the close of business on that day. Transaction requests received after that time are processed at the close of business on the next business day.
  • The Program must receive all completed forms with original signatures by mail. Faxed or emailed forms will not be processed.

All correspondence is generally responded to or acknowledged within three business days. If additional research is necessary, a complete response is generally provided within 10 business days.
