The Program's service providers will NEVER contact you and ask for personal information by text, email or an unsolicited phone call. This includes unsolicited calls that ask you to obtain or provide a one-time passcode.

The Program is committed to taking steps to safeguard your participants’ financial accounts and personal information from the risk of fraud, cyber threats, and unauthorized activity. If Voya Financial (“Voya”) is the recordkeeper for your plan in the Program, your participants have access to Voya’s S.A.F.E. (Secure Accounts for Everyone) Guarantee. If any assets are taken from your participants’ retirement plan account due to unauthorized activity and through no fault of their own, Voya will restore the value of their account in accordance with the terms of the Voya S.A.F.E. guarantee.
