The Program offers advisory services provided by Voya Retirement Advisors, LLC (“VRA”) – personalized, professional and objective third party investment advice for plan assets. The advisory service provided by VRA and powered by Financial Engines®, helps participants with their savings and investment planning for retirement. Individuals may access the advisory service through the Participant Website or the telephone. Your participants in the Program may have questions about retirement planning. For example:
Which investment funds should I choose?

How much investment risk am I taking?
The advisory service provided by VRA uses Financial Engines‘ methodology and technology to deliver all recommendations, allowing VRA’s investment advisor representatives to deliver objective savings and investment advice.
